Privacy Policy

TalonBot ("TalonBot," "we," "us") is an AI co-host for live shows on YouTube. This policy explains what information we collect when you use TalonBot, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account & sign-in. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and basic profile to identify your account.
• YouTube data (with your authorization). To run your show, TalonBot accesses your connected YouTube channel and live broadcasts, reads live chat messages during your streams (to detect bids, commands, and questions), and posts messages to your live chat as the account you connect or as the TalonBot moderator account you add to your channel.
• Show data. Items, prices, bids, buyer chat handles and member identifiers, giveaway entries, and show results that you create or that occur during your streams.
• Billing. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We store your subscription status and a Stripe customer identifier; we do not store your full card number.
• Usage & logs. Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

• To provide the service — run auctions and giveaways, answer chat, track sales and buyers.
• To operate your account, subscription, and referral credits.
• To maintain, secure, and improve TalonBot.

We do not sell your personal information.

YouTube API Services

TalonBot uses YouTube API Services. By using TalonBot you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your use of Google data is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. You can review and revoke TalonBot's access to your Google account data at any time via the Google security settings page. TalonBot only uses YouTube data to provide the features you enable, and does not use it for advertising or transfer it except as described here.

Service providers we share data with

We share data only with providers that help us run the service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel & Neon — application hosting and database.
• Anthropic — AI models that generate TalonBot's responses from chat text.
• Deepgram & Cartesia — optional speech-to-text and text-to-speech, when you enable cloud voice.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep your account and show records while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; some records may be retained as required for legal or billing purposes.

Your choices

• Revoke TalonBot's access to your Google/YouTube data via the Google security settings page above.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
• Cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal.

Children

TalonBot is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; we will revise the effective date above when we do.
